1. Acceptance of Terms:
   By accessing the Click Media website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws in our registered state of Florida
2. Intellectual Property:
   All content, including our “Growth You Can’t Refuse” slogan, the Click Media name and our proprietary growth frameworks, is the intellectual property of Click Mafia. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
3. No Professional-Client Relationship:
   Accessing our “Insights”, “Journal”, “Blog”, etc., does not constitute a professional-client relationship. Such a relationship may only be established through a signed Master Service Agreement, signed by both the client and Click Media’s representatives. 
4. Limitation of Liability:
   Click Media provides growth strategies, “as is”. While we strive for market dominance, we are not liable for external market shifts or platform-side changes (e.g. Google/Meta/TikTok/etc) beyond our control. 
5. Governing Law:
   Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
